Egh. So bored at work. Have a deadline for tomorrow but the work is so boring I'm taking forever to get through it.

I hate letting people down. It's hard going back on your word and "feeling bad" but rather be honest that quiet. Everyone is human after all. 

DELICIOUS

Went out for dinner on Friday with Michael's mom and Paul. Had an amazing meal: Springbok carpaccio, vanilla spiced prawn pasta and [THE MOST INCREDIBLE] chocolate fondant. Also met a women who grew up in Ethiopia! She has convinced me that I must start my travels there. As soon as I have the money I'm booking my ticket.

I'm at the office today but haven't been able to get any work done. The internet is too distracting.
I've made another paint. I started it on Monday and have been adding layers of change to it everyday. It is a mush.

I took this photo at a local preschool as research for my 'major project' last year. It isn't a Paint, but it is inspiring.

I made this in matric. I've always MS Painted, but this one is my favourite from the past.

Next year I'd like to go overseas again. Its been too long in Cape Town. I need to get that self actualized Rebecca back.

Why do people become attached? Why do people get so scared of attachment? I'm scared of relying on someone else yet desire a constant connection with a boyfriend. I like being alone but hate not having someone there when I need it. 

A good friend of mine broke up with his girlfriend. This is for you because you're too far away to come with me to obs and drink too much and play a bad game of pool. 

In other news, spider mites have attacked my sage plant. I've made a lethal chili, soap and rosemary concoction to eradicate the tiny red arachnids.
